Happy New Year everyone!

Our Merry Christmas went something like this...

Yay! Our very first Christmas Tree! It was a perfect little Charlie Brown Tree! Got the Ornaments at Walmart for only $5!

My boss told me that we would have the 23-27 off.

We made plans to drive back home (Boise, Emmett area).

Long story, but my boss thought Christmas was on the 24th.

So the 23rd was supposed to be open, but he let me off anyway :)

We drove, well... Ryan drove, I slept.

Spent time with the family. My poor mom was sick, so I didn't see her until Christmas Day!

Christmas Eve we went to Ryan's cousins' house for a little family get together. You would never guess who showed up!..... ok maybe you guessed.

IT WAS SANTA!

 

This is only the best picture in the whole world! I got to sit on his lap!

Ryan was so excited to dress up as Santa. He was a pretty darn good one!

This lovely picture was taken by my dear sister in law Holly! I wish i had the energy to post more of these silly pictures. Our nephews Kamden and Ethen totally loved him!

Christmas Day seriously didn't feel like Christmas. I felt like just another day. It was still fun though, to visit family and talk to a lot of them on the phone.

We went over to my mom's house later that day.  Sierra came over with a friend and her adorable puppy.

When we drove home, our car, the beetle broke down :(

Ry's parents had to come and help us.

We were hoping it was just low on gas.

NOPE. It's in the shop now, (in Boise) we are still awaiting the call to tell us what is wrong.

Ryan's parent drove us all the way to Logan! I had to work the next day, and they took us both to lunch at Olive Garden! Thanks Guys!
