Everly Sue is 2!

^Yeah, the cake was really that good^

This girl of mine is my little BFF. She is funny and sweet (sometimes grumpy) and I love just staring at her little face. I can't believe she is 2! She weighs 21 lbs and wears 12 month clothes still.  I could fit her in even smaller size shorts or skirts because of her tiny bum.

This year her birthday was on fathers day. So we took her to the zoo again the Friday before and then that Saturday we celebrated her birthday. I put up her decorations up the Wednesday before (so 3 days before the party) and all day every day she would either sing or talk about "dehday pah-ee" (birthday party) and the "so cute sowers" (flowers). We had an early lunch with burgers and hot dogs and of course her birthday cake and then we left and went to the cherry festival parade.

I have been trying to write down all of her funny words and sayings lately, so please enjoy.

"Singers" - Fingers
"Shore" - Floor
"Hey, Wah you doin?!"
"Wah-ya sink?" - What do you think?
"At",or "at one" - That, or that one
"Gig out" - Get out
She will ask herself a question and then answer herself and say "yeah, ok"
"eh shut duh doe-ah?!" - shut the door
"Ellie" - Everly. She talks in 3rd person
"Gig one" - Big one
"wook", "wook mom" - Look
"key ca-er" "key key key ca-er" - caterpillar. She calls it like she is calling a cat. She calls for the cats like this, "key key key cat"
"Cah-low" - Pillow
"Bapple" - Apple
"Wah ya got?" - What you got?
"Gah-ket" - Chocolate
"Oh-gah dance" - Yoga dance. She came  up with this name when we watching So you think you can dance. It reminded her of yoga apparently. She will do a summersalt when she is asked to do a yoga dance.
"Oh boy!" - When she is excited and see's something she likes
"What's that noisy?"
"Is at si-wee?" - Is that silly? She will cover her mouth when she finds something funny (sometimes it's at herself) and giggles and then says this.

She knows all of her colors. She can count to 10, but lately she has been missing numbers. She talks more than not. I would say her laugh is my favorite laugh of anyone I know. My sister brought to my attention that her facial expression doesn't change much when she laughs. Its a smile that never moves. She is sweet  and a momma's girl. She does love daddy, but usually wants me. She is a big helper and has become a big climber. She is a big giggler and I can make her laugh by just lifting my eyebrows. It's been that way since she was little. We love this little thing more than words.

Happy 2 years baby girl!

Another

We are expecting another little one in November!

It seems like there are lots of people due in November. It still doesn't seem real. This pregnancy is so completely different than my first. With Everly, I don't know if I was just so excited because she was my first I ignored all the hard things your body goes through, or if it was really that easy of a pregnancy. This one is a little more rough. My hips started hurting almost instantly. My feet too. Heck, let's just lay it all out there... my back hurt too. I had constant nausea. Not to where I threw up, but it was an all day thing. It was always lingering and the only thing that seemed to help for a few moments was by eating. It would come right back though. I also have a lot of acid reflux issues. I think I am done complaining now. Let's get to the exciting stuff now.

This pregnancy I started showing earlier. With Everly I think it was around 21 weeks that I popped out. This one I was showing right off I felt like, although I only have proof that I was showing when I was 11 weeks. We had the ultrasound on June 31st (so 19 1/2 weeks along). The big one. The one where you find out the sex of the baby.

We are not finding out the sex of the baby! Surprise!

I started feeling this little baby move earlier than I did with Everly too. Monday morning, July 13th, was the first day I felt the baby kick from the outside. Ryan still hasn't felt the kicks yet, but he will soon I am sure.

My apatite is different this go around too. This pregnancy I am not super huge on sweets. At first I would even refuse them. But I think I am coming back around to them. I love peanut butter cups. Peanut butter toast. Peanut butter cookies. Peanut butter ice cream. I don't eat a lot of meat. I love Romain lettuce hearts and homemade ranch dressing. I have it almost every day. I love fruit. Grapefruit was my favorite in the beginning, but now I think melons are right now.

Everly seems confused by a baby in my belly. Sometimes I think she understands, but other times I really don't know what she is thinking. She did tell me once it was a girl baby. And when she sits or falls on my belly I tell her she hurt the baby and she will always kiss my belly better. She is so cute with her cousin babies, it makes me so excited to see her with our baby.
