march, march, march, march, march....

i'm totally not as creative as my sister. she always does great posts. and knows exactly what to call them. this is creative as mine gets.
for real.
RYAN GOT A JOB YO!
yes.. a job!
wooo!
 in boise. near our family.

its great!... but so totally crazy (crasy)

for instance...
we headed up to boise for ry's sweet grandpa's funeral.
wonderful service.

we stayed for a week. and ry received a call a few days before we were going to head back home to logan.
from his old boss. saying he had work for him. and they wanted him to start the following week.

my boss was so amazing. he was very understanding a patient. let me work from ryan's parents house.
it was really short notice. i had to call the RS presidency (cause i was the secretary)... found out that we were going to move to boise immediately. so i worked one more week in the office and ryan left that wednesday. with our only vehicle. (i did get to keep my job...yay!)

so i was sorta stranded in logan. until sierra came to the rescue. she drove 2 hours out of her way to pick me up. we stayed at my aunts house that night. it was sooo much fun.
love you aunt kristy.

then sie and i drove all the way to boise (about a 5 hour drive)
it was a silly drive there.
we stayed in boise at my moma's house. ryan met me there and we all got hair cuts from the wonderful sierra chantry.

stayed the night there. and we got up early and left for washington. (we meaning: moma, sie, dawson and myself)

drove the silly 10 hour drive.

finally made it! mom and dawson knocked on the door. (sister daegan didnt know sie and i would be there)
sie and i hid in the back with our pillows over our heads. cramped cause mom took forever to come out and show them the "surprise"

mom opened the back door of the car... and out we popped.. "SURPRISE"
daeg's face was priceless. seriously.
she took a really long min to register what just happened.
"WHAT??"
so cute... so CUTE! then she started to cry. then we all started to cry. and just hugged and hugged eachother.
we don't get this all together time very often. so it was super special.

we played the kinect... all day.... every day.
really though... im not kidding. it overheated.

im sooo sore. my entire body just hurts like heck. i wish i could say that i lost weight doing this... but i can't... we ate a lot of crap. i mean a LOT. doughnuts, cookies, cinnamon rolls, lemon bars, hostess treats, licorice, and i'm sure there was much more.
i felt like a cow.

wish i had a kinect right now to burn off some more junk in my trunk.

boogie drew and colored pictures for us. foston showed us his awesome moves. and mino stayed clear of me. unless she had to be around me. they are all soo funny. we laughed a lot.

i was sitting on the couch. boogie: char... i just wanted to tell you that you tummy looks kinda fat and full.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha! oh my heck i about died.

i can't even remember if we were on the subject of kids and babies or what.. but fos said: char, you are going to have a baby in your belly in 10 or 20 days. um... this only freaked me out a little cause he knew exactly when his little sister mino was coming.

mino has jabber lips and sweet little songs to sing. she sang with everyone in church.
nice talk by daeg by the way. she is always awesome with her words and speaches.
mino likes to say no to me. cause she for some reason isn't so fond of me. she LOVED sia. i do have to say she did snuggle me a couple times and let me give her a bath. she loved to be owside with her tote.

it was just so fun. we all had a great time together. our long lost friend jimmie came to visit. he spoils us all. we had a great dinner and then we chatted up a storm. jimmie was trying to tell us a word that no matter how hard he tried to say the word it would not come out correctly.
promiscuous,
permishcuwishwishwhish. everytime. even if we said it slow with him. he couldn't say it.
it was hilarious. we all got laughing. it was good to see him.

we took pictures!!!
girl pictures.
mother daughter(S) pictures.

lookit..

so fun! thanks charlie and daeg for everything. it was so much fun to be with all of you!!

we sold our lease and have to move out of logan by the end of the month. we are going to do it all next weekend though. yikes!
wish us luck. we will need it.

what's going on with us?

i haven't even blogged about v-day yet. how sad.
well it will be included in this post. cause i know you have just been dying to know all about it.
just to kinda sum up what's been happening lately...
ryan is ALL done with school, even got his diploma! they mailed it to his parents house and the mail man bent it. lame. so he just went to the school and they gave him a new one. i had no idea it was that easy. we need to get a frame for it.
no he is on the job hunt. applied to many places. not so much luck... yet. but it's always mentioned in our prayers. he will find one some day. he does get to work for his teacher up at the school running some tests. brings in a little extra cash, so that's nice. plus it probably helps to keep him from going crazy stuck in the house all day. :)
we recently went and visited my aunt. didn't realize how flipping close she is to us. we want to go visit more often. it was way fun to see her and her family. my older sister daegan was there for the weekend. it was fun to meet up with her and my younger sister and other aunt for a day. miss them all so much.
i seriously thought that spring was almost here! it was warm and i wasn't wearing a coat. it was so beautiful! the birds were chirping, ryan and i could see the little buds on the trees as we walked by. THEN... this happened.......

see that???? it's freaking deep! ryan went and shoveled the entire driveway plus the steps for the girl that lives above us. how nice of him. :)
i wish spring was here. right about now.
we made some new friends here. we are going to go to the temple this friday with them and then get dessert after! you can't tell me that doesn't sound like a great time.
which reminds me... i need to mention this to ryan.

Valentines Day....
i came home from work to this...

it was so sweet. love him.

man... i think i should have organized this post a little better. it seems to be all jumbled and random.
this weekend has been really fun. we just kinda chilled. there is a bookstore in town that is closing so we went to see if there were any good deals. let me tell you.. that there wasn't so much.
but ryan got a new cook book. malto mario. he makes yummy italian meals. we tried one last night.
home made pasta...

fettucini alfredo
so yummy.
now we are going to go on a walk in the deep snow.
hope you had a great weekend!
xoxo

Sunday

do you ever get the feeling like someone is put in your life for a reason?
i am a little emotional today, as usual.
i have been having a hard time lately in church. i felt like i was trying so hard to fit in with the sisters in the ward. i felt like i wasn't liked, as hard as i tried to be nice and step out of my bubble to tell someone hello. and as it is my calling to ask sisters to pray, it would literally frighten me. i was afraid to step outside my box. i was afraid for the answer..."no". and could not understand why. why would someone say no? i would get offended and want to leave, or get my feelings hurt and want to cry. why? i believe i took their response offensively.
today, i see it all differently.
i was blessed to sit by a new friend.
i expressed how much i hated this part. (the part of asking someone to pray)
she asked me why.
i said, because i feel like it's way outside of my box to meet new people and to ask them. and mostly because i am afraid their answer may be "no". and i expressed it in a way as if it was the worst thing that could ever happen to me.
she simply said, "you know, maybe it's not that they are trying not to help you, maybe they are not able to say it at this time in their life, and they are trying to do what is right for them."
i was so selfish of thinking of my own feelings.
my own thoughts.
i didn't care to think of these sweet sisters that may be having struggles in their life where they are not able to pray at this time. or maybe they are way to terrified to stand up and say a prayer in front of an audience.
today, nobody said no. and my friend was very willing and happy to say one of the prayers for me.
i will now always be considerate to the sisters that simply say "no". because i will never know, nor do i need to know the reason why. i can move on to the next sister, or the next.
