do you remember? (day 4)

Ryan,
do you remember...
(i probably should have kept these stories in order.... oh well...)

when it was new years eve of 08? and we went to this giant single adult party? they had all kinds of stuff there. magic shows, big blow up toys, a band playing really loud music...

we both went there with our own friends. i wasn't even expecting to see you there. but you found me and i was so happy to see you. gave you a hug. and we chatted about something or other for a bit.

they had all kinds of lights going every which way in the room where the music was playing. it was hot as heck in there. such a bad idea to wear a turtle neck sweater. my hair turned all frizzy. and everyone was going crazy.

you said, "you should get on my shoulders".... and i took you seriously, only later to find out you were kidding, but you bent down so i could get on and we ran around the room. the people in charge didn't like that idea and made me get down. it was pretty awesome. and did i mention hot?

i really don't believe this is our "best" picture, but it's the very first one we ever took...
